bdbet Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdbet platform and all its services. By accessing the bdbet website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

bdbet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore the member's own responsibility to review this page each time they access the platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply equally to bdbet's main website, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all services provided through bdbet. Any additional service-specific terms that may exist are also considered part of this document.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is final and authoritative. Where interpretation is required on any matter, the interpretation of bdbet's authority shall be considered final.

2 Membership and Registration

Membership at bdbet is entirely voluntary and personal. Each member may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, bdbet reserves the right to immediately close all such accounts and cancel the associated balances.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The registrant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• OTP verification on the registered mobile number must be completed.
• If bdbet requests documents for identity verification (KYC), the member must provide them.

2.2 Account Verification

After registration, bdbet reserves the right to verify a member's identity and age at any time. A national identity card or another government-recognised document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Usernames and passwords must not be shared with anyone. If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, it must be reported to the support centre immediately.

3.1 Password Security

Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, preferably including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Changing your password regularly is important for your own protection.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If contact details (mobile number, email address) change, the member must update them in the account immediately. bdbet is not responsible for any issues with accessing services caused by outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

For deposits and withdrawals at bdbet, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank) are currently available. Members must use a payment account registered in their own name — transactions through third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Once a deposit is complete, the amount will be added to the account balance. If there is a delay due to technical or network issues, members are requested to seek support via live chat or email.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, bdbet may require identity verification to be completed. Withdrawals will be restricted if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met. Withdrawing via the same payment method used for the deposit is considered best practice.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, intended for money laundering, or contrary to the platform's rules, bdbet reserves the right to suspend that transaction and account until an investigation is completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdbet's various bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms. Each offer has its own details and conditions; where there is a conflict with the general terms, the offer-specific terms will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; the wagering requirement on this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets required).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds can be used to play before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, but cannot be withdrawn. Each promotion has its own separate wagering details.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse (multiple accounts, third-party payments, coordinated betting) is found, bdbet reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and any winnings earned from those bonuses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on bdbet are operated according to the platform's own rules. Each game has its own RTP and betting limits. If a technical disruption occurs during a game, bdbet will make a final decision based on recorded data.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Only bets that have been successfully processed and confirmed by the system will be considered valid. Any bet not recorded in the server log will not fall within bdbet's liability. If a bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the last state saved by the system will apply.

6.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For determining the outcome of bets on cricket, football and other sports, the decisions of the relevant international sports governing bodies are final. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or ends before the scheduled time, bdbet will settle bets according to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bdbet platform. Engaging in them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false information or bypassing the verification process.
• Any manipulation or hacking of the platform's software or games.
• Coordinated or artificial betting for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Cyber attacks intended to harm the platform or other members.

8 Limitation of Liability

bdbet aims to keep its platform's services uninterrupted. However, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions or other reasons. bdbet is not liable for any loss arising from such situations.

8.1 Third-Party Services

bdbet uses the services of third-party software providers to run games. In the event of any error or faulty outcome in these providers' systems, bdbet will take appropriate action after investigation. The RTP and game results confirmed by the provider are final.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

bdbet gives the highest importance to protecting members' personal information. Details of how information is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms also means accepting the Privacy Policy.

9.1 Purpose of Data Use

A member's personal information is used for identity verification, transaction processing, relevant communications and improving service quality. bdbet never sells information to third parties.

9.2 Cookies and Tracking

Cookies and similar technologies are used to improve platform functionality and the user experience. Cookies can be turned off from browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of some services.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

A member may request the closure of their own account at any time via live chat or email. Available balances may be withdrawn before account closure, provided wagering requirements have been met.

10.1 Closure by bdbet

If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found, bdbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Whether the available balance is returned or not in such cases will depend on the nature of the breach.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Self-Exclusion

A member may request to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently (self-exclusion). This request can be made via live chat or email.

11.2 Setting Limits

If you wish to control your betting limits, deposit limits or session time, please contact the bdbet support team. It may take up to 24 hours for these limits to take effect.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact

bdbet reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
